MGN is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified Property Clerk (B3) reporting to the Executive: Trading and Business Development. This role involves assisting in maintaining property value, meeting tenant needs, and supporting the financial objectives of the organization.
Job description
· Coordination of Repairs and Maintenance
· Tenant liaison and relation
· Administrative support
· Purchasing support
· Safety and Security compliance
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12
· Tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
· Minimum 1-2 years as experience, preferably in property management or real estate
· Basic understanding of property management principles.
· Good administrative and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic financial literacy and analytical skills.
· Code 08 Driver’s license
