Lubrication Specialists, a division of Manica Group Namibia is an equal opportunity employer with offices based in Walvis Bay, Windhoek and Luderitz. The Company is looking for a suitably qualified Administration Clerk to join its ranks as soon as possible. The position is based in Windhoek and will report directly to the Branch and Sales Coordinator.
Job description
- General office administration
- Capturing and updating customer and suppliers’ data
- Debtors control
- Creating and dispatching purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes.
- Customer payments and managing the petty cash.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Processing and managing customer credit applications.
- Sales - Ability to build relationships and Customer service.
- Assist with monthly stock counts.
Minimum requirements
· Grade 12
· Namibian citizen
· Driver’s License (an advantage)
· Certificate/ Diploma in Business administration/ Finance.
· 2 Years’ Admin, Finance, and distribution experience.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office
- Accounting software experience
- Good knowledge & understanding of OHSE systems and the requirements.
- Knowledge of the Mobil product range will be a distinct advantage.
