The Company is looking for suitably qualified Operational Assistants (2) for its branch operations based in Windhoek to join its ranks as soon as possible on a temporary basis.
Job description
· Ensure that customs documents are released and collected on time
· Arrange and attend to customs inspections
· Submitting and collecting of orders timeously
· Advising clients regarding the progress of dispatch
· Deliver and collect air and road freight consignments to and from various entities
· Provide support to various operational functions
· Administrative support
Minimum requirements
· Namibian citizen
· Matric Certificate or equivalent
· Driver’s License
· Fully computer literate: Microsoft Office
· Systems Exposure: Asycuda World
· 2 - 3 years freight, cargo, customs and forwarding experience
· Knowledge in road and air freight industry
· Good interpersonal and customer services skills are essential.
