Job description
1. To call on all customers on a regular basis for networking & building relationships purposes.
2. To grow customers base & rental contracts actively & passionately by managing all sales staff effectively.
3. To achieve the highest possible growth & profitability through growth and managing of expenses.
4. To assist in drafting budgets, adhere to budgets and all reporting - & the meeting of all required deadlines on all reporting.
5. To assist in planning strategies as required for future growth & success of company.
6. All major issues – positive or negative – to be communicated to immediate Manager.
7. Effective communication to Manager & employees.
8. To hold weekly & monthly meetings with all employees and management* (*Urgent matters & monthly meetings.)
9. To drive sales strategies of sales teams.
10. To help solve any customer query and/or problems.
11. To always use empathy with an upset/disappointed customer.
12. To hand out all notices/flyers/documentation to customers when required.
13. To be as informative as possible on all products & services.
14. To delegate & provide info for stock-orders timeously for optional sales & stock-turn.
15. To check & calculate all aspects of stock, pricing, landed cost etc. - to update pricelists effectively & professionally.
16. To acquire & inform Steiner of all changed information of customers.
Minimum requirements
Grade 12
Relevant degree and/or diploma.
3 Years’ management / leadership experience.
3 Years’ service-related experience
Computer Literate
Good understanding of sales
Good communication Skills
Driver’s License
