Job description
- Identify and analyse existing business processes and workflows.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, concise technical specifications
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and/or external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and user stories.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to projects and business processes.
- Assist with developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks
- Conducting impact analysis to determine how process and system changes will affect the organisation
- Contribute to the drafting of change management plans and strategies.
- Assist in the creation of training material and user guides, including facilitating training where required.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration or related
- An Honors or master’s degree is an added advantage
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) will be an added advantage
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a PMO or project-driven environment.
- Good technical knowledge on ERP systems, (Acumatica preferred)
- Experience with working on digital transformation projects
- Good knowledge & understanding of OHSE systems and requirements
- Exposure to the logistics industry is desirable
- Familiarity with project management software and the software development life cycle
