• Implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability                                                    
• Cultivate and support a high-performing team                              
• Oversee the efficient and effective management of all company operations, including leading and supporting the optimization of processes and resources as well as leading digital transformation initiatives in the business                                                         
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
• Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.                                             
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth                                                           
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients                                                
• Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards                
• Take primary leadership in addressing non-compliance through preventative, corrective and mitigating actions.
