Job description
- Managing, developing and aligning a team of dynamic people.
- Develop strategic targets to ensure sustainable growth of the branch.
- Developing and managing key accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relations.
- Research and understand customers' markets, customer issues, competition, and opportunities.
- Growing the value of the company’s' solutions to the customer.
- Consistently bringing the business justified solutions to address the customers' key priorities.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management or Logistics would be an advantage;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a combination of Clearing and Forwarding, Logistics, Cross border/corridor
- Proven experience and skills in business development;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Above average organisational skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Computer literacy on MS Office;
- Namibian citizenship; and
- Travelling will be a requirement
