The perfect candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to solve problems; manage competing priorities; the ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and cross-functionally, and think creatively with intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Job description

  • Greetings and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
  • Manage the QMS of the department
  • Upload Employee data on Sage people,
  • Registering employees on time keeping systems;
  • Record maintenance on a weekly/monthly basis,
  • Liaison with all VET stakeholders
  • Process invoice and payments for Sage People, Acumatica and all related payments
  • Inventory control on consumables    
  • Attend to and control a high-volume administrative duty e.g. minutes, statistics, data capturing
  • Coordinate events related to information sessions    

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 1 year experience in related field;
  • Exposure to Sage People Payroll System will be an advantage;
  • Exposure to Jarrison Clocking system will be an advantage;
  • Computer literacy on Microsoft Office is required;
  • Habits required are Simplification, resilience, responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
  • Attention to detail is a definite requirement.
  • Fluency in English
  • Namibian citizen
