- Processing of creditors information
- Creditors reconciliations and payments;
- Plan monthly payment runs,
- Weekly management of outstanding PO lists
- Keeping record of related parties transactions.
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system, policies & procedures.
- Various ad hoc accounting duties.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- Bookkeeping or other relevant qualification (an added advantage);
- 3-5 Years’ experience is essential;
- Experience in the logistics industry will be a distinct advantage;
- Computer literacy with sound knowledge of Acumatica and MS Office is essential;
- Booking principals.
- Attention to detail.
- Handle pressure.
- Meeting all deadlines.
- Can communicate within the team & contribute to the overall success of the team by being a team player.
- Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
- Namibian citizenship.
