Job description
Primary Purpose: Oversees, coordinates and leads the airport services operations, ensuring efficient, effective, safe and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Serve as lead liaison with key customers (Airlines), including sourcing of additional services and securing existing services
- Liaise with airport, government agencies and other stakeholders where needed to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Ensure optimal resource planning and allocation to meet operational demands
- Take the lead in recruiting, developing and supervising assigned staff
- Monitor expenditure and report on financial performance as well as variances
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Implement and / or oversee the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
- Monitor and evualate performance of all assigned staff
Minimum requirements
Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management or Business Management or a related field
Five (5) years experience in airport services
Two (2) years senior supervisory or management experience
