Job description
- Maintenance of expense budget for all divisions
- Manage and control customer service level agreements and contracts
- Compile and present statistical information / record keeping
- Managing & reconciling stock in storage
- Co-ordinate Debtors
- Ensure invoicing is done on time, and WIP processing is done timeously
- Assist with invoicing to ensure completeness of revenue
- Ensure debtors and cash accounts are in accordance with agree credit terms
- Co-ordinate Creditor Reconciliations
- Ensure Vendor application process is completed and activated in all required systems
- Ensure payments and ROE are released timeously and correct
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System
- Mitigate errors and omissions
- Ensure all finance reports are captured and reported timeously and correct
- Co-ordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timeous reporting
- Ensure Fixed assets are maintained, and the register is accurate
- Supervising employees in the administration function of the company
- Manage jarrison of all employees
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Driver license
- Acumatica
- Jarrison
- Supervisory Experience
- 5 years’ experience with accounting exposure
- Namibian citizenship.
