Introduction
The Lüderitz Bay Shipping and Forwarding a division of Manica Group Namibia (Pty) Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer with offices based in Lüderitz Bay. The Group is looking for a suitably experienced Bunker Agent (B5) to join its ranks as soon as possible.
Job description
• Generate shift report, recon report, summarize and process shifts
• Monitor fuel stock and order stock timeously. Forward dips to VIVO daily - service station
• Capture daily sales & surveys on SAP portal - service station
• Place fuel/lube orders as needed
• Forward depot stock balances to VIVO daily, recon with Puma stock balances
• Prepare customer orders, prepare order documentation, arrange supply and invoice
• Organize lubes supply to customers - labelling, order & port documentation, loading to truck
• Weekly stats and reporting
• Receiving & dispatching VIVO stock
• Monthly stock takes on VIVO lubes
• Supervision of bunker hand and pump attendants
• Compile services station checklists with regards to cleanliness, equipment, safety
• Ensure pump attendant complete the list twice daily as per VIVO standard
• Report all findings to VIVO & LBSF seniors timeously
• Keep a register of daily checklists
• Order uniform for pump attendants according to VIVO standards
• Fuel Master administration and pump price changes.
Minimum requirements
• Grade 12
• 3 years relevant experience in depot operations
• Exposure to Acumatica will be an added advantage
• Exposure to SAP
• Exposure to Fuel Master
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
• Driver’s license
• Confident in liaising with customers
• Attention to detail a strong ability
• Disciplined and consistent approach to work
